What's the difference between liquid Citrus Slam and Powdered Citrus Slam?
The main difference is the powdered citrus slam has hydrogen peroxide and is more highly concentrated. The liquid citrus slam is easier to mix and we find most new carpet cleaners prefer it. It also leaves less residue.
The powdered Citrus Slam pre spray is more highly concentrated, you have to be slightly more careful as it contains powdered hydrogen peroxide, however unlike the liquid Concentrated Citrus Slam, you can freeze it and it will not degrade its effectiveness.
In summary, Powdered Citrus Slam carpet cleaning chemical pre spray is less expensive and can be frozen, and slightly more hazardous to the user.
Liquid concentrated Citrus Slam carpet Pre Spray chemical is easier to use and is virtually non toxic and non hazardous once diluted. It is easier to mix and does not require precise measuring for consistent results.
Can Citrus Slam be used with Portable Carpet Extractors or Just Truck Mounts?
Citrus Slam Concentrate has been designed to be highly effective with the high heat created by truckmounts. You will get great results with portable carpet extractors. In fact, because Citrus Slam is so effective at lifting soils and grease you might not even need to agitate with your CRB or Rotovac. This means you can go in, prespray, let your chemical dwell and start cleaning. Follow it up with a fiber rinse or alkali rinse like Hulk and you will get phenomenal results that will impress your customers.
