 Return policy

Cleaning Supply Warehouse offers a 14 day return policy on most items under the following conditions.

  1. Item(s) must be in unused, undamaged condition or in the same condition received and in the original packaging. 

  2. Used items are not eligible for a refund

  3. Chemicals are non refundable

  4. Electrical parts such as pumps, vac motors, switches, are eligible for store credit only.

  5. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight charges. In the case where the purchase included shipping or the item was shipped free, both delivery and return shipping charges will be deducted from the credit. 

  6. Shipping damage must be reported within 1 business day of receiving the item

  7. Shipping is non refundable

  8. Warranties are offered through the manufacture, not by Cleaning Supply Warehouse

  9. Customers must sign the return policy prior to check out to be eligible for refund.

  10. Custom order parts are exchangeable for credit only, if they have not been installed. We can not offer refunds on custom order parts. 
  11. If you financed your purchase through one of our financing partners or Shop Pay, the fees will deducted from your credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There is up to 20% restocking fee on all equipment, accessories and other purchases. Returned items must also be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for returning the item to be returned. 

We will assist the customer in settling any warranty claim or dispute with the manufacturer of any equipment we do not manufacture such as portable extractors or truck mounts, however, it is understood by the customer that CSW is released of any and all liability or responsibility for the proper operation, service, warranty, or any other claim, dispute or complaint the customer may have regarding portable extractor or truck mount or the manufacturer of the equipment.

  1. Before returning any item, the customer must first call to obtain an RMA # (return authorization number) within the seven (30) days following receipt of the equipment.

  2. Equipment must be returned in original boxes and packaging, must be clean and in like new condition. Dirty machines, scratches and/or broken components may be subject to cleaning and/or repair charges.

  3. To qualify for a credit you must return the merchandise to us.

Please note that a 20% restocking fee may be assessed to the return of any merchandise where the operator has not called in and completed the required telephone training session associated with the proper use of the machine/ equipment or the above conditions were not met. 

The customer is responsible for any and all freight charges.
