Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unused/new items for a prompt refund or exchange. In some cases if the item is used we may asses an restocking fee . The item must be returned prior to refund. (*if your order was shipped free based on total order amount, outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the return). All returns must be in original packaging and in unused condition. Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type less restocking fee. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase less restocking fee. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. If your shipment is damaged in transit you need to notify CSW within 5 days of receipt of your shipment so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Original packaging needs to be included with any damage claim.

For international orders please contact CSW for delivery and shipping options. All in-stock items ship within 2 business days. You will be notified immediately if your order will experience a delay. CSW shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. If your product cannot be shipped to international destinations due to regulations please Contact Us discuss international ordering options and delivery requirements.
